- Grade 8 ABRSM - Pianist.

- Studied at the University of Malaya, Bachelor of Environmental Science & Management.
- Was a choir conductor back in university life.
- Teaching music as a part-timer for 7 years.
- Mom passed away in 2025, June due to stage 4 breast cancer.
- Loves coffee, working out, and enjoys connecting with others.

🏢 I'm managing Media Funnel, an award-winning digital advertising AI agency specialising in AI SEO, Google Ads, Sales Funnel and AI marketing strategies based in Malaysia.
My team and I have a track record of working with over 113 brands, from start-ups and solo-preneuers to multinational corporations, helping them to grow and scale their marketing performance and results locally and internationally.
🤖 I also help people learn digital marketing (since 2020) and AI for performance & productivity (since 2023), with 750+ hours of training every year across Asia and publish my thoughts here.

Why I Teach Marketing & AI in Plain English
Simple: because nobody taught me marketing in plain English either.
Fast forward to today, and AI is doing the same thing to marketers everywhere.
Everyone's talking about it. Most people are still confused and overwhelmed by it.
Here's what I kept seeing:
- People spend hours watching AI tutorials, learning using ChatGPT but still do not know how to apply it to their business.
- Agencies and "experts" make AI sound complicated, overly polished or over exaggerate on purpose.
- Non-techies marketers feel left behind, not because they're slow, but because no one explained it clearly.
My principle has always been: "When in doubt, test it out."
